Who we are

Hi, I’m Samantha — and I’ve loved homes and real estate for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always building houses and forts, imagining how spaces could come together to feel comfortable, functional, and welcoming. That early passion turned into something real when I bought my first home at 22 years old (the house pictured on the homepage). That first house taught me so much while renovating the kitchen, bathroom, and even adding a garage.

There is nothing quite like a good before-and-after. I love seeing the potential in a property and transforming it into a place that truly feels like home. That passion for real estate, combined with my love for problem solving, is what led me to start this company.

I understand that selling a property isn’t always simple. Life changes, unexpected situations, and properties that need work can make the process feel overwhelming. My goal is to help you sort through your options and find a solution that makes sense for you—with honesty, clear communication, and no pressure.

When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll probably find me spending time with family or playing volleyball. I believe relationships matter, and I bring that same care and respect into every interaction with sellers.
